Kristen Sonntag (she/her) is a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner and musician.

Kristen is a psychic healer who takes a therapeutic approach, creating a compassionate space for clients to freely discuss their intentions for healing. Clients leave sessions feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed, and every treatment is completely unique.

Kristen is experienced in working with all stages of pregnancy, stress, anxiety, trauma, post-surgical recovery, and end of life transition; she also creates space to heal around creative, work, and relationship challenges. Highly intuitive and empathic, Kristen is able to channel messages for clients, allowing them to continue the healing process beyond a session.

Kristen’s psychic abilities were activated as a child when she received her introduction to crystal healing, Tarot, past life memories, and communication with spirit.

The spiritual gateway reopened to her as an adult following a near-death experience after the birth of her son. After training with psychic medium Betsy LeFae, Kristen received her Reiki I attunement in 2015 with Erika Spring and Reiki II in 2016 with Padma Gonzalez, at Maha Rose in Brooklyn, NY. In the spring of 2019 she became a certified Reiki Master in the Usui/Holy Fire III system of healing, studying with William Lee Rand in Glastonbury. Her studies are informed by Western Esotericism and Hermeticism, Tibetan Buddhist practices, matrilineal folk magic, and earth-based traditions.

Kristen is committed to a spiritual practice that purposefully examines and challenges racism, ableism, colonialism, capitalism, cis-heteropatriarchy, and all systems of oppression. She acknowledges the land of the Lenape people on which she has resided for over twenty years.
